These terms explain the rules for using MapSEO Tracker and our local SEO services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MapSEO Tracker, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Using MapSEO Tracker

MapSEO Tracker provides local SEO tools that help businesses connect Google Business Profile, import authorized business information, and manage connected locations in one workspace.

  • Users create accounts to access a MapSEO Tracker workspace.
  • Users are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for keeping login credentials secure.
  • Users must use the service lawfully and appropriately for legitimate business monitoring and local SEO purposes.

3. Google Business Profile Connection

Connecting a Google Business Profile is optional and controlled by you. Authorization happens through Google's OAuth flow, and MapSEO Tracker only accesses data you authorize.

Depending on the permissions you grant, authorized data may include:

  • Authorized Google Business Profile information
  • Business details
  • Locations
  • Connected account data needed to maintain the connection

Google Business Profile is a data source and integration. MapSEO Tracker is an independent product and is not owned by Google.

4. User Responsibilities

When using MapSEO Tracker, you agree that:

  • You have permission to manage or connect any Google Business Profile accounts you authorize.
  • You will provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
  • You will not attempt to access data or accounts without proper authorization.

5. Service Usage

You may use MapSEO Tracker for lawful local SEO workspace management, business profile organization, and related business purposes.

You may not:

  • Misuse the platform or interfere with its operation
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Use the service to violate applicable laws or third-party rights
  • Abuse Google Business Profile integrations or exceed authorized permissions

6. Availability and Changes

MapSEO Tracker may update features, dashboards, reports, and related tools as the platform improves. We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

We aim for reliable availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and temporary outages or maintenance may occur.

7. Accounts and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the service, or present a security or legal risk.

You may stop using MapSEO Tracker at any time. Where available, you may also disconnect Google Business Profile access and request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.
